I just called this location to see if they had a particular brand of animal cracker in stock. Richard answered the phone and walked to the cookie aisle to check. In less than two minutes he confirmed that the cookies were in stock. This is top notch customer service!

Big callout to my cashier yesterday, Olga. She really went an extra mile for me and called out a promotional savings I would have missed if it wasn't for her. She gets the 5 stars. Store is also clean, food and produce are good. Lots of variety, they have a world foods aisle and a gluten-free/health aisle.

This review is specifically regarding Marie, the Floral Manager, who is amazing! She did our wedding flowers this fall and they were stunning. She was very easy to work with and clearly an expert at what she does. Marie was also very thoughtful and upfront regarding price. In total we got 1 bridal bouquet, 7 bridesmaid bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, 6 centerpieces, and 4 roses, and were way WAY under the $500 we budgeted for wedding flowers. If you're looking for gorgeous wedding flowers on a budget, Marie at Stop & Shop on Old Connecticut Path in Framingham is your go-to!

Love this store and staff! Everyone is super friendly...especially Erica who constantly helping me with whatever issue I have. Erica is one of the best customer service professionals I have come across in a very long time... she goes above and beyond to resolve issues and just make me feel special as she greets myself and seems to really know all of her customers which is very impressive! ... and if you're not using their rewards program you're missing out (I've saved over $500 in 2025!)...

There is a lady named Erica in the quick checkout area who is fantastic. The store should look at her as someone who is management ready. Fast, efficient, and friendly. If I owned a business, I would hire in a heartbeat.

Convenient grocery store. The place is my go to for quick shopping. The people who work here are of tremendous help and friendly. They actually want to be there and help you find the items you are looking for. This place does get packed during early evenings and before a game. They have plenty of self service kiosks that helps out quiet a bit. Overall a good experience.
